REQUEST FROM DR GRACE O. ADEOYE goa4567@yahoo.com1ST REQUEST

"We are interested in collaborating with other researchers on the molecular biology of Schistosoma haematobium. We would like to collaborate with any researcher or group of researchers who can train one or two members of our team in genomics and proteomics making use of S. haematobium from Nigeria. We have access to the eggs, miracidia and cercariae from various parts of Nigeria. We are mainly interested in

i) finding out the genetic variations between S. haematobium in different parts of Nigeria

ii) differentiating between the different species of schistosomes in Nigeria

iii) studying bioinformatics of schistosomes

2ND REQUEST

We are about receiving approval for the teaching of Bioinformatics as a course in our institution (Department of Zoology, University of Lagos, Nigeria). We would appreciate if one or two experts in Bioinformatics would like to participate with other lecturers (in the Department) in the teaching of the course, in order to enrich the student learning experience. Tiago may be interested in helping with this request. Thank you.

Grace,
Thanks for stepping up to share your research and seek help from the community of open scientists. Although my group is currently focussed on malaria, I'll keep an eye out for people that might be able to help.

Prof Bradley,

THANKS FOR YOUR WILLINGNESS TO ASSIST IN LOOKING FOR APPROPRIATE PERSON. THANK YOU.
